Duel Portal submission changes

I've changed the way DP has done submissions. CCG cards are now submitted in DP just like any other cards.

So just post your cards, no need to put in YVD format. You can put them in DP later when they are approved.

Oh dude that makes things so much nicer xD

Does this prevent players from just randomly uploading cards when ever they want? Is there a way to admin alter or remove cards if necessary?

I can control who has edit/submit permissions. New members have no privileges by default.

Damn this is an extremely effective way to add new cards.

More good news, the server has been running for over a month with very little interruption
