So the basics are 250 card set, we can resubmit or rework if we like. No Archetypes, no submission limitations and we're going to try and put in some small themes for a workable decktype out of the gates.

Post your thoughts and/or cards and we'll see where we land from there.

Underhand Fairy/Level1/Dark/Fairy/Atk-0/Def-0. You can Special Summon this card if you control no monsters. When this card is Summoned you can return 1 face-up card your opponent controls to their hand, and if it is a Level 5 or higher monster it's Atk and Def are lowered by 1000 each instead.

Kyra the Sprite/Level1/Light/Fairy/TUNER/Atk-0/Def-0. This card cannot be used as a Synchro material monster, except for a Fairy Synchro monster. If this is the last card in your hand you can Special Summon it.

Shieldwing/Level2/Fairy/Light/Atk-100/Def-1500.If you control another Fairy monster this card cannot be targeted by card effects. You can remove this card from the graveyard to end the Battle phase when your opponent declares battle against a Fairy monster you control (This is a quick effect).

Fearless Valkyrie/Level4/Fairy/Light/Atk-1500/Def900. When this card declares an attack; your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap cards until the end of the Battle Phase.

Bringer of the Light/Level4/Fairy/Light/Atk-1400/Def-1000. When this card is destroyed by battle; Special Summon a LIGHT monster with 1600 or less Atk from your Deck.

Scarlet Angel/Level4/Fairy/Light/Atk-1600/Def-100. You can change this card to Def position to destroy 1 Face-Down Card your opponent controls.

Magna Beamer/Level6/Fairy/Wind/Atk-2300/Def-1500. When this card is Tribute summoned you can Destroy 1 card your Opponent controls. When this card is Destroyed, if you have in your possession less cards than your opponent; you can Special Summon a Fairy monster from your graveyard with 900 or less Def.

Stargazer Angel/Level6/Fairy/Dark/Synchro/Atk-2000/Def-1500.
1 Light Tuner monster + 1 non Tuner monster
When this card is Synchro Summoned you can select 1 card on the field and add it to its owners hand. If the selected monster is a Fairy; the owner can Special Summon a Fairy monster from their graveyard with the same level and a different name, its effects are negated.

This card can only be used as a material in the Synchro Summon of a Zombie Synchro monster. When this card is Normal Summoned you can send a 'Maiden of the Resurrected' from your Deck to the Graveyard.


Maiden of the Resurrected
Dark/Lv3/Zombie/Atk- 1000/Def -0
If you control another Zombie monster, this card cannot be targeted by card effects. When this card is Special Summoned from your graveyard; you can add a Level 1 Zombie TUNER from your Deck to  your hand.

Dancing Corpse
Dark/Lv4/Zombie/Atk- 1600/Def -0
This card cannot be destroyed in battle if you control a Face-up Trap or Spell card.

Decomposing Beauty
Dark/Lv4/Zombie/Atk- 1500/Def -0
When this card is Normal Summoned you can destroy 1 Face-up card on the field, this card cannot attack the turn its effect is activated.

Grim Reaper - The Doombringer

Goltrai
Normal Trap

Dizzy Wave
Normal Trap
Halve the ATK and DEF of all opponent's monsters, until the End Phase.


Plastique
Continuous Spell
You can only control 1 "Plastique". When you take damage from an opponent's card, except "Plastique": Inflict damage equal to double that to your opponent, then, switch control of this card to your opponent (If you cannot, destroy this card). When your opponent would attack you directly; Special Summon this  card, from your hand. The battle phase is then ended.

Nightshade Wyrm

When this card is sent to the graveyard you can Special  Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon monster, with a different name; from your hand.

Morningvine Wyrm

Every other card above is no problem for me.

Scarlet Angel/Level4/Fairy/Light/Atk-1600/Def-100. You can change this card to Def position to destroy 1 Face-Down Card your opponent controls.

--I think it's too easy destruction - especially using it in the main phase 2. If you summon it the turn before you can destroy 2 cards while still attacking.

@ All Synchros made by deathdragonv2 - Needs synchro materials clause.

Hey Sea, I spoke to Ash about Scarlet Angel and he said it should be fine. Like a Lyra sort of thing.
Added in the clauses so you know how to make the Synchros, that was an over site on my part.
I changed Monster mash to a face up and its still once per turn so I personally think its quite balanced now.

Asphyxiation seems way too gamestate dependant to be a regular deck choice, if used at all.

I like that Goltrai can be used to end the turn, it just sort of seems disappointing that you can have it and lose to extended prodding by 1 monster. Unless you kill your own guy of course.

I thought Dizzy Wave would have been just fine if it halfed their guys. Halving your stuff too hurts its viability a lot.

Plastique seems super gimmicky and idk if its something that should go in unless you can make the gimmick work because it just seems like its gonna float around not doing anything.

Yunus is okay.

Not sure if Rabbit Hole can do much, it'd need to be paired with stuff like Belial or something because you can't do anything else but slowly wall out.

Necromancer's Tome could be okay. Could be fairly dead and missing the even level monsters seems a little weird imho.

Hrunting, idk what to think. Doesn't seem too good to me.

Naegling seems heavily over-drawnback. The monster doesn't need to kill itself for a +700. If it was double that, maybe. I'd probably just take that bit out and even then, it's just a +700 equip.

Grendel looks neat, fine imo.

Duo Assassins seems like it doesn't need the ATK drop to me. 1500/0 for a double attack should be fine and if there really is a concern, then it's just a matter of squeezing its base ATK down (not that I think it needs it).

Pity Flower is a heal wall. I don't place a lot of value in that kind of effect personally, but it seems fair for what it does.

Skelecondor seems like it's fine.

Peak seems fine too.

Plastique seems super gimmicky and idk if its something that should go in unless you can make the gimmick work because it just seems like its gonna float around not doing anything.
It's my attempt at a more interactive burn deck. I never got to properly try it out last time.

Yunus is okay.

Not sure if Rabbit Hole can do much, it'd need to be paired with stuff like Belial or something because you can't do anything else but slowly wall out.
The idea is to protect some valuable, but weak low-level monster. It's optional in case you want to swarm a turn.

Necromancer's Tome could be okay. Could be fairly dead and missing the even level monsters seems a little weird imho.
You can remove any number of counters on it.

Hrunting, idk what to think. Doesn't seem too good to me.
You can equip it to an opponent's monster in a pinch.

Naegling seems heavily over-drawnback. The monster doesn't need to kill itself for a +700. If it was double that, maybe. I'd probably just take that bit out and even then, it's just a +700 equip.
I raised it to 900 and destroy during end phase. I remember equips being OP'd last time, so a 1400 seems too much?

Grendel looks neat, fine imo. woot

Duo Assassins seems like it doesn't need the ATK drop to me. 1500/0 for a double attack should be fine and if there really is a concern, then it's just a matter of squeezing its base ATK down (not that I think it needs it).
I'd rather keep the base ATK high, cause it's meant to be a purely offensive card (with equips). I raised the ATK to 1600

Pity Flower is a heal wall. I don't place a lot of value in that kind of effect personally, but it seems fair for what it does.

Skelecondor seems like it's fine.

Peak seems fine too.

If this card is not the only Light monster you control, it gains 500 Atk. If this card is the only Warrior you control; if this card attacks a higher level monster, you take double battle damage and then destroy the opponents monster.
