Shining Flora is kind of situational. What if jew just made it "summon"?
Dark Pixie - targeted for what? Attacks, effects or both? I'd add "The flipped monster cannot change its battle position this turn", makes it a bajillion times more versatile.
Black Butterfly needs some surrious rewording. Is this when a trap card is activated, or is it like effect veiler? But actually, this is overpowered. It's an unstoppable, unpredictable 1-4-1.
Payback Angel is alright. I like how it's almost always a mill 4.
Watergate Ny(m)ph is OK.
Drown Fairy is a little different from the other cards, but it's balanced.
