The First Order of Business

we like need a set or a card pool or something. That way people have something to play with right?

I agree, but everyone seems to be awol.

Ok, Let's get things clear.

I've been gone - absolutely unavoidable - the only computer I have access too (my laptop) is barely functioning. It is constantly crashing and BSOD'ing to the point that I'm lucky if I get 5 minutes of usage out of it. As it is, I'm typing this out hoping it won't crash again.

Next - guidelines. I'm going to skate over the fact that you are all absolutely fucking vague as can be about what you want or mean by guidelines I'm going to go an a limb here and assume you want me to tell you what level of balance to have. The answer is pretty obvious, I've only told you a bunch of times that it is a collaborative effort. You are meant to discuss as a group what level of speed and power you want to play at. I can not hold all of your hands through absolutely everything.

So with all that being said, no there is no way to play at the moment because I'm not able to set up a Duel Portal custom card pool for ACG. There is also no evidence that any of you have managed to come to any consensus of power scaling for cards you want to submit. No, there won't be a set yet because there will be no way to play with it when it is finished. No, throwing discard costs on every card does not make it skilful or balanced, it makes the game dull and hard to make meaningful because you have too few cards.

So you want to know the First Order of Business? Knuckle down and decide between the lot of you how the game should be played, and stop pointing the finger at the person who already gave you all the answers because it is your own faults that you didn't pay attention.
