We can use Dummy cards, or will cards with the same information but different card numbers cause problems?

1-TST1-Card 1
2-TST1-Dummy
3-TST1-Card 3

For Duel Portal, card numbers don't matter, it's the line number of the card.
The dummy card can be anything, as long as there's one for every card.

EDIT: Didn't see the Soul Scorch fix. I'll do that instead.

I found that Cambrian Mausoleum drains too much right now.

"Decrease the ATK of all Effect Monsters by 200 x the number of face-up Normal Monsters on the field."

That way you don't sap the opponents for 200 - 400 every battle phase (including their own.)

Before I make a change, I suggest we change the effect of Reverse Guillotine so it's not just a blatant Magic Cylinder clone (Which would actually be really OP here)

"Activate when an opponent's monster declares an attack: Destroy the attacking monster, then you take damage equal to half of its original ATK."

Sound good? It provides a new option for those decks (meaning all of them) that are lacking in the monster destruction department. The damage is also a good way to balance it.

Alright, the set file has been PSCT'd. I also made 2 card edits.

Full Metal Combat Armor - Stat gain has been changed to 600 ATK rather than 600 ATK AND DEF. This is so the bonus stats aren't so overwhelming and it also makes Indestructoshield unique.

Reverse Guillotine - Effect changed to Sakuretsu Armor + Self Burn.

I also recoded the Union monsters so that they don't show up as Normal Monsters on Duel Portal.

on the argument for Atrocosm, if you did attack directly with a 2000 ATK monster, it would be devastating with or without Atrocosm (10 cards is 1/4th of a 40/baremin deck, 2000 direct damage is 1/4 of your LP). You'd kill the opponent with the battle damage faster than you would with the mill, since you win the moment their LP hits 0, as opposed to waiting for the opponent to draw into a missing deck their next Draw Phase.

Not only that, this is the only mill card in TST1. There are no OTKs/FTKs or lockdowns involved with it, and with the vigilance we have on new cards I doubt there will be.

speaking of which Cambrian Mausoleum didn't get changed, it still drains each Battle Phase.
