Whenever your opponent takes Effect Damage: Target 1 Face-Up Monster they control; Decrease its ATK and DEF equal to the damage. If there are no targets: Gain Life Points equal to the damage. You can only control 1 "Lament".

I think its good, its a bit like my hellish retribution except easier to fire.


I realized when combined with Reverse Guillotine, Lament can drop a monster's ATK to 0.

Maybe we can limit the amount of Pyronix summoned so 3 in the grave all don't summon at the same time if you burn them with Lament/Everlasting Skyblaze of Doom?

Pyronix doesn't allow you to special summon, so you can only get 1 out.
It's meant to be like a floater for burn decks.
