Crimson Blaster Dragon

Effect: During your Main Phase: You can banish 2 FIRE Dragon-Type monsters from your hand or Field; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon 1 "Crimson Blaster Dragon" per turn this way. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls that is Set or has 1800 or less ATK; destroy it.

Crimson Blaster Dragon, The Emperor has too many minuses to summon and the effect doesn't make up for it. Also, "attack all at once" would bring up interesting ruling questions.
Dragonic Blood Oath - I don't know if we're allowing +0 tutors yet. Someone else can clarify?
Dragonic Counterattack could use more ATK boost, it's hard to use with only a 200 ATK margin.
The rest look fine. Fits the FIRE theme nicely. Curious as to your decision to Banish the monsters instead of tributing them?

Instead of attacking each monster individually, Emperor attacks every monster in one attack, damage calculation is done normally per monster. So any that would die under normal circumstances do, and vice versa. As for his cost, i'll tinker with it.
I didn't want to overpower Dragonic Counterattack too much. If the power boost was too much, the +1 the card ends up giving you would be really easy to get.

They're fine. Not overbearing or hard to get rid of.
