Ivory Tower
Continuous Spell Card
Each time you gain life points: Place "Ivory" counters on this card for every 300 life points you gained.
When an opponent's monster attacks: you can remove Ivory counters from your side of the field equal to its Level or Rank; Negate the attack.

Cauterize
Counter Trap Card
Activate when a card effect targets a monster you control. Negate the effect and equip that card to your monster as an Equip Spell Card, the effect becomes "The equipped monster gains 400 ATK and DEF." When the equipped monster is sent to the Graveyard: the Equip Spell Card returns to its owner's hand.

Plastique
Continuous Spell Card
When you take damage from an opponent's card, except "Plastique": Inflict damage equal to double that to your opponent, then, switch control of this card to your opponent (If you cannot, destroy this card). You can only control 1 "Plastique".

^^ The idea with Plastique is to use in Heal decks, where it burns both players badly, but you can outlast it by healing.

Is it possible to add cards to the opponents hand on DP?

I think Ivory Tower should use LP Payment as well as the Ivory, since LP gain muffles battle damage that you don't negate with this effect.

So if you have 2 or 3 Plastique, and you get hit by an opponent's 1000 ATK monster, they would take 1000 x 2 x 2 Plastiques = 4000 and then the Plastiques switch over.

Unless taking damage from an opponent's card doesn't count battle damage.

Either way more than one Plastique at once and doubling effect damage is super harsh, since your opponent is going to get hit by that damage first before they get the Plastiques on their side.

Don't understand what you mean by Ivory Tower. When you negate the attack you negate the damage.

I get what you're saying on plastique but that's the benefit of running it in your deck - you get to use it first. Still i can see how it's possible to OTK. I'll say you can only control 1 copy at a time.
