Preemptive Strike

Each time your opponent attacks an attack position monster: you can negate that attack, then, your monster must immediately attack that monster. If you cannot, destroy this card during the end phase

I like the idea of the control. With this out, I think the opponent only has the following options:

1) Get rid of Preemptive Strike.
2) Attack anyway, as the monster they are attacking will be destroyed, either by their own attack, or being attacked by their target and dying.

Seems legit, although owning more than one, or owning one at all, feels fruitless.

Preemptive Strike is for those cards that benefit from attacking. We don't really have one yet, but here's an example:

"When this card attacks, it gains 500 ATK during damage calculation only"

I gotta figure out how having multiples would be good. But thanks for the review. How are the others?

The rest are fine, just wondering how having three Rhetoricians would work.

Desecreator is nice. Hefty cost for a wide amount of targets.
