You'd have to inflict damage twice on average to get this guy above the typical level 4. Kinda UP'd.

Yeah, this isn't Pokemon where you typically have 10 cards in your hand at any given time. In Yugioh, especially for the ACG where a lot of cards will seemingly have discard costs, this guy isn't gonna get a super high boost at any time, most likely.

I dunno why Dyl overestimating cards like this lately but you would have to go quite a lot just to have it gains some ATK in the pace we are not likely going to have a lot of hand advantages this time.
