Isn't Sumac Sack kinda like Elma's dagger?

Dagger recycles itself when it is destroyed. Sumac Sack recycles itself when the equipped monster is destroyed, and only by card effect.

So i guess kinda similar, but I don't think it can make infinite loops like Butterfly Dagger can.
