Luck Cards
I'm gonna play the devil's advocate here, so nobody freak da shit out
You either love luck cards or you hate them. Most TCG Luck cards are too inconsistent and not game-breaking enough to use, although there were a few exceptions (Snipe Hunter in the day).
But what if luck cards were powerful? Gamebreaking, yet fun and involving? And maybe, just maybe, somewhat consistent?
After all, isn't most of the game luck? You shuffle, you target facedowns. Sure, there are the noob mistakes and pro tricks, but most of us are wise to them by now.
Fountain of Eternity
Continuous Spell Card
When you Discard a card to a player's Graveyard: Flip a coin. If Heads: Return it to your Hand. If Tails: Banish it.

Fish | WATER | Level 2
Once per turn: You can Roll a die, then reveal the top cards on your opponent's deck equal to the result. If there are any monsters among them: You can Special Summon 1 to your side of the field, then give control of this card to your opponent. This card cannot be attacked the turn you use this effect. If the die result was 1 or 2: Draw 1 card.

This is more of a discussion than a card showcase. Would these ever make the meta even though they're inconsistent? Are they powerful enough to beat a meta deck, even if they use some luck to do it? (that's what I'm going for)

Re: Luck Cards
3 Fountains of Eternity: When one fails, can you activate the other?
