Test Set 3 Empty Test Set 3

Okay, this is our last planned test set so keep things fairly smooth for now. Keep basic power fairly reined in for now and keep thinking about what we have and what we can submit that can move into the first official set and have a decent game right away.

100-150 is the benchmark, keep submissions in the same post and try to get some discussion going because we could really use the activity boost.

TST3 for coding please.
